A small team grows Omnifraga. We respond personally.
The fastest way to reach us is email. We read every message.
support@omnifraga.siteLocally on your device, using Apple's SwiftData framework. We don't operate any server that holds it, and there's no cloud sync. If you delete the app, your data is gone β please export to CSV first if you want to keep it.
Tickets are intentionally immutable β that's how the Time Spread feature can replay every past state without surprises. You can, however, add a corrective ticket (e.g. a "harvest" with zero quantity) to keep the timeline honest.
In Settings β "Export tickets to CSV". The file lands in the system share sheet so you can send it to Files, Mail, AirDrop, or any other app.
We use OneSignal to deliver optional product updates (e.g. new variety guides). You can decline at install time or revoke later in iOS Settings β Notifications β Omnifraga without losing any features.
That's the mandatory-update flow, used only when our server flags a critical build as outdated. It opens an in-app WebView so you can review the change. Under normal operation you'll never see it.
Yes. All farm functionality β adding plots, punching tickets, sliding through time, exporting CSV β works without internet. The launch-time update check is the only network request the app makes.
Please email support@omnifraga.site with your iPhone model, iOS version, Omnifraga version (Settings β About) and a short description. Screenshots help a lot.
